QUALIFICATIONS:  Applicants must have an appropriate NJ Teaching Certificate issued by the State Board of Education (Endorsement Code 1410/English required, Endorsement Code 1106/Middle School Language Arts Literacy Specialization, or Endorsement Code Elementary School Teacher Grades K–6 1001), and must complete/have on file his/her criminal background check.

 

REPORTS TO:    The Principal.

 

SUPERVISES:    Students

 

JOB GOAL:    The teacher is responsible for the instruction and supervision of students in accordance with standards established by the Board of Education.

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:  September 1, 2026, through November 4, 2026. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:    The Teacher

    1. written educational plans for the school.
    2. written educational objectives and standards for the educational plan based upon district and school goals.
    3. written educational goals for the school.
    1. parent/teacher conferences
    2. report cards
    3. pupil progress charts
    4. parents’ visits to the school
